Napier's inner harbour area at Ahuriri is operated by Napier City Council. Council berths are in West Quay (fishing vessels), Iron Pot (two floating jetties) and Meeanee Quay West Shore (two finger jetties).
The council operated berths cater for permanent berth holders rather than visiting craft. Visiting pleasure boats should contact the Napier Sailing Club & Marina on +64 6 835 3811.
Note: The city of Napier and surrounding areas were devastated by flooding as a result of Cyclone Gabrielle in February 2023. While the harbour and marina facilities were relatively undamaged the city and surrounds suffered major damage.
