Amapala - Clearance

Mar 25, 2024

Although not an official port of entry, boats have been able to stop here.

There is easy anchorage and the dinghy can be landed close to the pier.

The Port Captain and Immigration office are located on the main pier. You will need to show a clearance certificate (zarpe) from your last port.

There is a small fee for all formalities (approx. US$20), which includes the issuing of a certificate on departure.

See full details on clearance at Honduras Formalities.
