Massawa - Water
Water can be obtained from the Port Authority. Cost is US$9 per tonne. Bottle water can be obtained from shops outside the port. In addition, fresh water is available by tanker (US$10/tonne) or jerry can (from a shop close to Mike’s cafe).
Water is also available from the fishing cooperative but reported to be not of good quality.
