Air Lan Chile has a twice-weekly flight from Santiago (Chile) that goes on to Papeete (Tahiti) and vice versa.
Taxis are numerous and inexpensive.
If you need transport to and from your boat, go to the dive centre in Hanga Roa who charge US$10 per trip. Perhaps a good investment in heavy swell!
