There are two Banks which only open in the mornings.
The Banco del Estado de Chile accepts local bank cards and MasterCard only in their ATM.
The Banco Santander has VISA card facilites and normal counter service including money exchange.
Pesos can be withdrawn at ATMs.
Dollars can be changed in a few shops.
