Nanaimo - Docking

There are several marinas along the waterfront at Nanaimo, all protected by Newcastle Island. They stretch for over a 1.6 kms (one mile) from the ferry terminal at the north end of the Newcastle Channel to Nanaimo Yacht Club at the southern end.

There is an anchorage in Mark Bay at the southern end of Newcastle Island.
