    Data Entry1 says:

The main harbor is quite industrial with little available for yachts (Market slips are thin on depth) until one passes through the reversing falls (more accurately, the reversing rapids) to the Yacht Club, which is quite friendly despite the “royal” in the name. Be aware that the timing of passage through the rapids can vary depending on the height of the river. Bus service is irregular these days outside of the peak rush hour – plan on taxi service. Very enjoyable 10 days on the river.
