Simferopol, a two-hour bus journey from Yalta, has rail connections to other cities and an international airport (airport code SIP).

The longest trolleybus line in the world runs across the mountains to Yalta. Although it takes two hours it is a delightful way to arrive. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or local minibus.
