Arriving vessels must contact Odessa Port Control on VHF Channel 14. It is strongly recommended that all vessels enter Odessa via the Vorontsov gateway on a course due south and take care to follow the TSS.
Port Control will direct you to the mooring (at 46° 29.65'N, 30° 45.0'E), where the dock manager will direct you to a berth.
The dock manager will then take you to the Police, Customs and Immigration. Paperwork, in Ukrainian, takes only a few minutes. They are likely to go carefully through your passport to check you have not visited the Crimea. Having a copy of your logbook will help.
