Hike up Mount Liamuiga, a dormant volcano that is the island's highest mountain. Go diving, snorkelling or paddleboarding.
Unique to this island is the St. Kitts Scenic Railway, a sugar cane railway which circumnavigates the island and was built between 1912 and 1926 to transport sugar cane from the island's sugar plantations to the sugar factory in Basseterre. It is the only original cane train still operating in the Caribbean, but only for tourism now.
