Before entering the LifeHarbour marina you need to clear in with Marina Mangalia. To do this, contact the Harbour Master, VHF Channel 16, 67 or by telephone at +40 241 751088 or +40 382 416237 and they will guide you.
The Police Border and Custom will visit you at the berth in the marina.
