The Public Library at Peter Egges plass 1. Open from 0900 each morning. Closes 1900(Mon-Thurs), 1600(Fri) and 1500(Sat). Closed Sundays.
Other, more limited access, is available at the museum in Kongens gate 1; at the InterRail Centre in Elgeseter gate 1; the City Service Centre at Erling Skakkes gate 14; and at Kulturhuset ISAK in Prinsens gate 44.
It is planned very soon, that WiFi is available throughout the city to everyone. At present, it is only accessible to students.
