Read Northern Marianas Formalities for full details on clearing in to and out of the country.
Advise the Port Authority on VHF16 or 13 when near to the harbor for directions on where to moor and clearance instructions.
If coming from one of the other islands, there is no need to check in here.
Avoid entering port for clearance on weekends as the overtime charges are fairly hefty. The approaches to the harbor are well marked.
Clearing out simply requires turning up at the Port Authority Office in the main Port area.
