Maalaea - Docking

Sep 01, 2016

There are no allocated visitors' berths or moorings here, but the Harbour Master may find you a free berth for a day or two.

Beware on the reef which runs north/south through the middle of the harbour.

This harbour suffers from surge even during settled weather and in less benign conditions heavy warps and even chains can be snapped. The constant wind also blows dust and dirt over the boats here.
