The post office -TelePost- sell prepaid sim cards for data only or voice and data at the rate of $0.07 per mb. They also sell 3 or 4G wireless routers or USB keys at the same price you can get them on amazon.com. This is by far the easiest way to be connected.
3G works in every single community but 4G is expanding fast. It works as well all along the west and south coast and you can surf... at sea.
