Most Estonians speak English.

Internet:

WiFi can be found at the majority of marinas and tends to be included in the mooring price. Most cities/towns have free WiFi hotspots. There are Internet access points in libraries, hotels, bars and city parks, usually free of charge.

Mobile phone:

International roaming can be expensive in Estonia, so it’s best to buy a local SIM card. These can be bought from Tele2, Telia and Elisa stores, or from grocery stores. Mobile data rates are some of the lowest in Europe.

There is a fast cellular data network G4 in all areas.

Pirita is probably the worst harbour in Tallinn and in deep need for renovation…
however there are many new Marinas.. Tallinn Old City, Kakumäe (opened 2017), Lennusadam, Mniiduranna

In Muhumaa – there is also Lõunaranna, Hiiumaa is Heltermaa etc… there is probably about 3-5 new harbours that are opened evey year.
