International dialing for El Salvador:

Dial 1 + 503 + local phone number. Phone numbers usually have eight digits; there are no internal area codes

Mobile Phones: 

The country has four main providers: Claro, Tivo, Digicel, and Movistar, with Tigo and Claro being the most popular. Prepaid SIM cards are readily available locally.

Internet: 

Wi-fi is available at many restaurants and cafes in urban areas. Many rural areas also have wi-fi, though a few remote places are off the grid.

El Salvador has become the first Central American country to access SpaceX's Starlink, a high-speed satellite internet service.

Post: 

Zacate, the capital of the department (state) of La Paz, serves as the nearest post office for receiving mail and packages via the USPS (United States Postal Service).

The Salvadoran post service offers two rates for sending international mail: express mail and airmail.

FedEx and DHL have offices in large cities.
