A dinghy locked to mangroves was stolen after the mangroves were cut. Reported by Caribbean Safety and Security Net.

DETAILS: Owners locked their dinghy to the mangroves at 0900 and found the mangrove had been cut when they returned at 1700, and the dinghy stolen. No police report was made.
