DETAILS: Owners were awakened at 0400 HRS when well prepared thieves cut the chain on their locked, in-the-water dinghy. They were able to get assistance the next morning and a reward was offered. The dinghy was found slashed beyond repair, the reward offer proved successful and the outboard was ransomed back to the owners.
