On Sunday, July 4, 2010, between 7 – 8 PM in the anchorage at Admiral Bay, off Princess Point, Bequia, St Vincent and The Grenadines
Our boat, a catamaran, was boarded while we were ashore. The boat was locked, but somehow entrance was gained. On our return, we noticed the sliding door open, and a strong body smell still present. We must have disturbed the thief when we returned. Some electronic items were missing.
The Police are investigating as the perpetrator left a T-shirt behind.
Strongly securing and locking boats seems to be a definite must do.
