The previously announced toll increase has been approved by the Panamanian Cabinet and will take effect on October 1st, 2012.

Still outstanding is the question of the Guarantee Deposit (Buffer) and TVI Inspection Charge, and at this time it is unknown if there will be an increase on these two items. Skippers should note that the security charge has increased to US$130,00.
