French Polynesia’s Maritime Affairs Directorate (DPAM) has advised the Escales online service will be offline for maintenance from December 1st to 3rd and during this time no actions will be possible through this online platform.

As part of ongoing improvement efforts, the Escales online service will be undergoing maintenance from Monday, December 1st at 7:30 AM to Wednesday, December 3rd at 7:30 AM.  This maintenance aims to improve the overall performance of the platform.

During this period, no connections or actions (viewing schedules, creating, modifying, viewing, or canceling stopovers) will be possible via the online platform. Therefore, please plan your bookings in advance, as our teams will be working on this operation and will prioritize urgent requests.

Send all requests for the creation, modification or cancellation of a reservation to the Stopovers Office at the email address escales.dpam@administration.gov.pf, specifying the information as in the following examples:

Contact the Stopover Office for any inquiries regarding the reservation schedule by telephone at 40 544 578 during administrative business hours.

As a reminder, all vessels must respect the anchoring zones defined by current regulations (available on the DPAM website: Anchoring Zone Regulations – DPAM).

For vessels under 20 meters, the islands or areas subject to reservation via the DPAM are as follows:

• Taiarapu West in Tahiti,
• Moorea,
• Huahine,
• Taha’a,
• Raiatea,and Fakarava.

The teams remain mobilized to minimize the impact of this outage.  Thank you all for your understanding and cooperation.
