Cruising World has looked at the newly reinstated restrictions between the USA and Cuba in an attempt to figure out what the effect will be to cruising yachts to Cuba. The answer is currently vague due to the enforcement difficulties; however, if you have upcoming plans to cruise to Cuba as a US citizen, or if you plan to cruise between Cuba and the USA, it will be important to watch these developments.
