We used the services of Mr. Mohamed Ali during our transit through Djibouti from 5th to 21st May 2023. He was able to get us all the necessary licenses to sail and scuba dive in Goul of Datjoura and Seven Brothers Islands. He is highly experienced and can assist sailors not only with basic entry-exit practices and logistics but also obtain all permits to navigate domestic waters. Highly reccommended.
