This is a new eco-friendly marina with currently 50, solid slips. Close to Marina La Paz. Max length 120ft. Surrounded by floating breakwaters which offer good protection from the wind but average shelter from passing wake. Restaurants and fuel dock easily accessible. Services include clearance assistance, showers, WiFi, parking, pump-out, maintenance and cleaning.

My favorite of the downtown marinas. Most slips are plenty wide enough, and the docks are solid and well maintained. The only real issue is the floating breakwater. It does a good job of stopping windwaves, but does nothing for the wakes of the pangas and fishing boats racing by outside. Staff here was also my favorite of the area marinas. They do a good job of keeping an eye on the docklines of the unoccupied boats. Water here is the same as Palmira, but seems to be really expensive. There are two restaurants in the marina and one just outside on the beach- all are very good. No fuel dock, but there is a Pemex a few blocks away.
