The Grand Baie Yacht Club (GBYC) has been established since 1941 and is a private members club in the north of Mauritius with a community of 1,300 members. The Club is happy to welcome yachting visitors from around the world.
Club facilities include a restaurant, showers, Wifi and access to water and fuel at their jetty. No mooring is available in front of the GBYC, however yachts can anchor anywhere else they wish.Club facilities are accessible 24 hours a day.

Monday : Closed
Tuesday to Sunday - Lunch from 11am to 2.30pm
Diner (Friday & Saturdays night): 7.00pm to 10.30pm
The Club can assist with sourcingn repair facilities etc.

Louis the Grand Baie Yacht Club Manager is absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend you contact him and he will introduce you to the staff and security guards who are extremely dilligent.
The yacht club museum is very interesting and well worth a look – please leave a comment in the visitor book.
As of September 2023 lunch is on every day except Monday and dinner is avaiable on Friday and Saturday nights.
Showers and facilities are extremely well maintained and very clean.
