The Black Sea Rally is organized by an amateur sailors association based in Turkey, called DADD: Denizlerdeyiz Amatör Denizciler Derneği, founded in April 2017. This is an annual event. The first DADDrally Black Sea was in 2017. The next rally is in June 2019. The theme of the event is to follow the mythological route of Jason and the Argonauts and their quest for the golden fleece. The rally starts from Volos, Greece, sails all the way up the Black Sea coast of Turkey to Poti, Georgia.
