There is also a useful overview of Panama’s coastlines, both in the Caribbean and Pacific. The book contains detailed sketch plans of all ports and popular anchorages as well as aerial photos, as well as tips on local etiquette, fishing, provisioning, and land transportation. Good section on transiting the canal.
