A dinghy and outboard motor was stolen from the Prickly Bay Marina dinghy dock in Grenada, despite being securely locked by the owner.

DETAILS:

A dinghy/outboard locked to the Prickly Bay marina dinghy dock was stolen. When the owner contacted marina management it was found that the video surveillance was not functional. A police report was made.
