The decree n° 401 CM du 27 mars 2013 has now been amended by one dated n° 655 CM du 22 Avril 2014.
From 22nd April 2014, the length of time a yacht may remain in French Polynesia has been extended to 36 month with no minimum period outside of the country before returning.
