Update on Smiling Cove Marina, May 1, 2013:
Services to transient vessels have ceased for past several months…
No potable or non-potable water available, no electricity, no toilets are functioning, no wi-fi (admin is blaming cruisers for hacking site), no initial 3 days free, US$8/day for 38 ft boat.
Seems that infrastructure is falling down with no remedy in the future.
