Taking the security situation into consideration, the EMYR route will change for 2017 and start in Kaş sailing eastwards as far as Mersin, then N. Cyprus, then back to Turkey. Total distance 1,311 nm, duration 55 days with 36 different marinas/ports/anchorages visited.
Starts 30 April from Kas and finishes 24 June in Istanbul. It is possible to do only part of the Rally. There are British, Dutch and Turkish sailors in the organizing committee.
