Docking

Bastia is one of the two largest cities in Corsica and is on the NE coast of the island. Its port was, and is, the source of its prosperity.

The narrow inlet of the Old-Port is one of the most lively areas of Bastia and is right in the heart of it.

There are berths both on the quay and on buoys (mostly occupied by local craft). When berthing, beware of rocks within 2 or 3 m of the quay walls.
