    Serangan Harbour Bali.
Well protected anchorage with many moorings available to rent short or long term.
Mort moor using 2 moorings one for and one aft.The deeper into the bay you go the more sheltered from SE trades, but the reef fringing the bay offers protection.
Do not use the services of a local called Mande Ngurah, he is untrustworthy and a thief. Many cruisers stopping here have had outboards, dingys and thousands of dollars worth of dive gear stolen while under his mooring and security services.
The harbour is close to a huge Lotte mart (costco) for provisions.
Fuel, antifoul services, repairs, mechanical are all available here.

    Hey all,
Just discovered that the esteemed Royal Bali Yacht Club charges 35,000 rupiah per meter to anchor behind the reef in the bay just south of Sanur. What do you get for this? Use of their rickety dock for your tender seems about it… Not sure how long this has been going on for, but certainly left a bad taste in my mouth. Way to welcome visiting yachtsmen RBYC.
