  Ceuta : Profile

Clearance

Ceuta and Melilla are Spanish enclaves on the north coast of Morocco, administered as city provinces of Spain. Also Spanish are the small islands of Alhucemas, Chafarinas and Penon de la Gomera. Ceuta and Melilla are important military bases. Visa requirements are the same as for Spain.

Docking

Ceuta now has a modern marina close to the town. It is a good place for provisioning as the prices are reasonable. Diesel, although sometimes of dubious quality, is also cheaper than on the Spanish mainland and in Morocco, as the town is duty free.
