Situated 30 NM south of Tokyo, Yokohama is Japan's second largest city. It is a huge commercial port on the western shore of Tokyo Bay.
This can be completed at the marina.
The new, 2000 berth, Bayside marina has been built on the site of the disused Kanazawa Timber Pier. It is an attractive location with easy access to both Yokohama Hakkeijima Island, which boasts various leisure facilities, and Uminokoen Marine Park with its long and wide beach.
It is located on the portside at the entrance to the bay which lies to the west of the main port (identified by the large suspension bridge).
