    Porto Praia, Cabo Verde islands
    We were boarded by armed pirates in Porto Praia and held at knifepoint this past January, 2020. Cash and electronics stolen, nobody hurt. Police responded well and had suspects in custody within 2 days. Some of our stolen items were returned
