Spanish North Africa, Melilla: Night boarding – September 2018

We stayed in Puerto Noray for 2 nights mid-September 2018 with our Outremer 51 (a 15.7m long catamaran).

Our berth was alongside the quay opposite the fuel station and capitaneria. Easy mooring but unfortunately unsafe.

On the 1st night around 01:00 in the morning I woke up because an unwanted visitor had started to empty our lockers in the cockpit (my fault that I had not protected / closed them with padlocks). A 2nd guy was standing on the quay obviously having a lookout.

The 2nd night (now everything was inside the boat or secured otherwise) we again had unwanted visitors. Must have been the same guy, at least his shoe-prints were the same.
