Location

The city of Sibenik is on the eastern bank of the large, land-locked bay of the same name. It is approached via the narrow channel, Kanal Sv. Ante. This large commercial port lies about 40NM NW of Split.

Position 43°43.9'N, 15°53.7'E.

This is a year-round Port of Entry.

Docking

Berth at the visitors' quay NW of the fuel berth or in the marina in the southern arm of the bay.

There are several anchorages in various inlets off the Kanal Sv Ante but be aware that the wind funnels down this channel.

This marina is part of a resort developement located in the cove of St Peter. All facilities. 5 ton crane, 50 ton travel lift, all repairs (adjacent boatyard), shore storage. Supermarket, bank, coffee bar and restaurant. Caters for mega-yachts.

43deg 42'00 N, 15deg 53'20E. Situated in the central Adriatic 6km south of Sibenik. 320 berths in the seal (for vessels of max draft of 2m), 200 on land. 5 ton crane, slipway, dry dock, high pressure pump for washing vessels, contractual services. Restaurant and provisions in nearby camp site.
