San Andres : Profile
The port captain should be contacted on Channel 16. He will recommend the use of an agent for clearance formalities, which must be completed even if coming from mainland Colombia. Use of an agent is obligatory. The Serrana Agency monitors VHF CH 16. Visas are issued on arrival for 30 to 90 days depending on nationality.
Customs and immigration will come to the Yacht Club marina.
The Coastguard patrol the harbour on a regular basis.
