Ivory Coast - Immigration
All visitors need a passport valid for at least six months beyond their intended stay.
No visas are required for a stay up to three months for nationals of the ECWA (Economic Community of West African States) and CFA states (i.e. Cape Verde, Central African Rep, Chad, Congo, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Togo & Tunisia).
All other nationals require a visa.
The process is online at the SNEDAI Website. Citizens of some countries may now apply for a tourist visa online. (The website is mostly in French and has some areas without English translation.) Alternatively, visas to Côte d’Ivoire may be obtained through the embassies directly.
The Ivory Coast embassies in countries affected by Ebola will not issue visas.
There are Ivorian representatives in Paris, Dakar, Rabat, Algiers and Tunis.
