Check in is at Scotts Dock on the NW side of Cayman Brac.
Contact Cayman Brac Customs on VHF Channel 16 on approach. If no reply, try calling by phone or call "Cayman Shipping Adviser" on VHF ch. 16 who can then contact Customs.
You will be advised to take a mooring buoy, go by dinghy to the concrete pier to complete formalities. Officials will probably not visit your boat. There is a white mooring buoy about 40m from the dock. (position 19°44.655'N, 79°46.214'W).
Clearance out:
Check out is also at Scotts Dock. Call Customs on VHF Channel 16 and give them 24 hours notice of your departure.
If you want to visit Little Cayman, you will have to come back to Cayman Brac before going to Grand Cayman.
