Marina prone to silting. Call in advance for advice on current depths and where to berth. There is a slight current in the marina. English is spoken. First two pontoons (I and H) reported having enough water for a 2m draft boat.
Standard facilities, bar and restaurant, 24-hour security, crane. Good chandlery, restaurants, bars and supermarkets and laundry. There is no fuel or WiFi here.

After doing a refit at Almerimar we decided to leave our Nicholson 48 in Ayamonte.
It is fine harbour OK. However the entry implies there is a restaurant and bar in the marina, there isn’t.
Nor a lift. But fuel and lift out is possible on the Portuguese side of the river (much more busy) and ’round the corner’ at Isla Canela.
Good security, useful chandlery and great fish market etc. Not too touristy either
