Nha Trang : Profile
This east coast port is reported to be a better point of entry as the officials are more used to foreign boats as this is the finish of an annual race from Hong Kong. The area should be approached with great caution as it is encumbered by shallows. A channel leads into the port, and visiting boats are normally asked to anchor nearly one mile offshore.
Sunsail now has a charter business based at the Nha Trang Sailing Club (bar and restaurant). Facilities are very limited even at the charter base (no water & electricity), but it should be possible to obtain fuel.
