St. Lucia theft

On June 16, 2008, while anchored at Soufriere, a dinghy oar was stolen from our dinghy while at the town dinghy dock. For the previous few days when we went ashore at the same dock, young men prowled the dock and wanted money to guard the dinghy. Police were notified and oar later recovered but destroyed.
