After a second violent attack on an anchored yacht in Portsmouth, Dominica, the police there have caught two of the offenders. It appears that a third man who may have been involved remains at large.

These attacks were most unpleasant and visitors to Dominica should not consider anchoring anywhere other than in the patrolled anchorage outside Big Papas restaurant in the north of Prince Rupert Bay. They would also be wise to lock themselves inside at night.
