The Yacht Club Costa Smeralda Marina is inaugurated in Virgin Gorda.

The Yacht Club Costa Smeralda Marina (YCCS Marina) was inaugurated last week in North Sound, Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands (BVI). The marina is owned by Yacht Club Costa Smeralda and Victor International. A statement noted that the facility is designed for megayachts. An event called the Superyacht Regatta & Rendezvous took place last week. The YCCS Marina offers 38 slips for yachts up to 100 meters in length and draught of 9 meters.

“The YCCS Virgin Gorda enables the international sailing and yachting community to enjoy the YCCS’ renowned expertise in the organization of top-level international sailing events and exclusive hospitality services,” said a statement. “Amenities at YCCS VG include the YCCS Marina, several docks, provisioning services, and shops.”

The Yacht Club building is scheduled to open in December.
