DETAILS:

Between 8 pm and midnight a 3D dinghy/15HP Yamaha outboard was stolen from the St. Anne dinghy dock. Owners found that the thief had come prepared with tools, and cut the line as well as the chain that secured the dinghy to the dock.

A police report was made.
