DETAILS:
A well locked 20HP outboard (Honda BF20 serial number BAMJ-1034680) was stolen from its well locked RIB dinghy at the sand spit near the head of Chemin Bay overnight .
Tools were required and some damage was noted by the owner.
A report was made to the police and the coast guard.
