DETAILS:
Overnight, an engineless 8ft. Caribe dinghy was stolen from the deck of a yacht in the bay. The yacht was unoccupied at the time.
The dinghy was on the fore deck and chain locked to a cleat on the mast.
The caretaker discovered that the thief had come prepared with tools and had removed the cleat.
